Introduction of Whole Genome Bisulfite Methylation

Whole Genome Bisulfite Sequencing (WGBS) is a combination of bisulfite treatment method and high-throughput sequencing platform. WGBS can achieve single-base resolution, accurately analyzing the methylation status of each cytosine and obtaining the genome-wide methylation C site, which is the gold standard for methylation sequencing.
